2、积极服务产品需求：生态链伙伴在社区内活动时，需及时、准确回复用户关于入驻产品的疑问；面对产品售后问题，不推脱责任，积极为客户解决

Actively serve product needs: When ecological chain partners are active in the community, they must promptly and accurately respond to users’ questions about the products they have settled in; when faced with product after-sales problems, they must not shirk responsibility and actively solve problems for customers.
